Another Challenge
Today marks the start of another challenge for me: The A-to-Z Blog Challenge. I think I am crazy for taking another one on in addition to Camp NaNoWriMo. They are very different challenges though and I’m going to be writing anyway, so why not.
Camp is a 30 day writing challenge and I get to set my own goal. Mine is to accumulate 20000 words to my novel, edited. It should be interesting.
The A-to-Z Blog Challenge is a bit more involved. The idea is to write a blog post for each day of April, except Sundays, using the alphabet as the “prompt” for that day. There are some rules that involve going to different blogs and supporting each other. The idea is to make friends and also, I think, to get exposure for your blog.
The good thing is that each of these blog posts can be as short as 100 words. The idea is to simply post. My hope is to have daily posts of between 100 and 200 words. My normal Friday posts will hopefully be between 250 and 500 words as usual.
Challenges can be a good thing for me to stay motivated. I can’t wait to see what the month brings.

A to Z is a great challenge. Challenging, hahaha, motivating, and a great way to meet other bloggers. I can’t wait for the rest of the challenge too.
Good luck with the 2015 A to Z Challenge!

Thanks so much. I’m hoping it pushes me to do more with all of my writing.

I’ve done Nano, but never the camp! Maybe I need to try that soon – I have a Nano from 2011 that I’ve been wanting to edit. Good luck with yours!

Thanks, this is my first year with either but apparently I need the challenge to get things moving. I hope you can get to your edits.
