30 Days of Flash Fiction
It’s the beginning of another month and I’m ready for a challenge. I seem to work better when I have an actual challenge rather than simply writing on the things I am “supposed” to be working on. For June, I am challenging myself to write a flash fiction piece every day. That’s it. No other rules. Flash fiction is a complete story written in under 1000 words. May Day
Today is a new day based on an old holiday meant for union. The holiday means little to today’s post. It was just a way to begin to discuss the things that have been on my mind for my life in the next couple of months. First a look back: I’ve finished both of my challenges for April. The A-to-Z Blog which was a challenge to write a blog post for each day of the alphabet. The result was posting six days per week on all manner of topics. Willow Tree
I’ve been saving this story for today. I hope you all enjoy it. Willow Tree By: AC Hoekwater I stood in my favorite spot overlooking over the devastated backyard.
