The Power of Play
Play As adults, we often forget to play. Perhaps we don’t realize just how important play is for our health and happiness. When was the last time your sat in a swing and challenged your child to see who could swing the highest? Or, built a sandcastle at the beach? Or, colored with pencils or crayons for the sheer joy of it? One of my favorite things to do is play tag with my grandkids.
